Ally Services Co. is pleased to announce we have received PADEP approval for the cleanup of 3 leaking underground storage tanks (LUSTs) at a former Waste Works and Overall Cleaning Service Dry Cleaning plant in West Philadelphia in accordance with residential statewide health standards.
7,000-gallons of previously closed in place UST’s are located at the facility, last used in 1975. After extensive preliminary investigations to determine the accuracy of previous work conducted onsite and to determine if site conditions were conducive to fast-track closure, Ally provided multiple options for cleanup to match our Clients business objectives.
